I am Nautical Shore at all about the legality or even constitutionality of such a senile and sniffing-hair-braned plan.

What I want to know is why I cannot report companies (like Blackstone/BlackRock) that send me unwanted text messages to the National No Call list (https://www.donotcall.gov/), but the PresidAin't apparently can do so?

I get that the proposal has ABSOLUTELY nothing at all to say about unwanted and unsolicited text messages offering to buy your home, just text messages that are just as unwanted and unsolicited about vaccines.
