Surfside condo collapse

I don't know why it is when everybody else sees a conspiracy, I don't. And when nobody sees a conspiracy, I start to question. Realize that I do believe it was probably just a structural failure- but there are two major things that do not add up.

If you saw the video (below) of the start of the collapse, you will quickly notice water flowing. I have seen the recent video of the parking garage that was released. That pipe spewing water in this video appears to be domestic water from the location and the direction of flow. But there is a grid of red sprinklers / sprinkler lines as you would expect in a parking garage. This includes the area at the bottom of the ramp visible in this video after the first part of the roof caved in. This video shows footage taken roughly 7 minutes before the condos collapsed completely.

If you know anything about sprinkler systems, you will know that the pipes are hooked into switches that trip the alarm after detecting flow for roughly 30 seconds or a minute. Yet there is no evidence of the alarm ringing for those 7 minutes. Actually, if you look at the collapse video, there are almost no lights on in the building... If there were an alarm- lights would be on (and people maybe leaving...)

I don't think that anybody is asking why the fire alarm was not tripped. Did the alarm company get a call from the autodialer connected to the fire panel? Was the inspection current- what would keep it from ringing?

I honestly think I am the first person to question this. So maybe I will be "Clinton suicided" by  the morning? In short, I would like a name of the occupants of that condo. Anybody with enemies lacking morals?

Pay attention to the lack of alarms- and the lack of lights going on in the building (something you can see in other collapse videos.) Something actually is amiss here. Regardless if it is a conspiracy or a failed alarm system. It should have given warning.
