How the hell does a US citizen sue a SA citizen?

I mean functionally sue:  Are there mechanisms in place for either party to collect on the judgement in a Civil Case?
       i.e. is there some sort of reciprocal agreement between the US & SA governments that deal with this?

If so, I imagine you could counter-sue "The Rubby" for a "Frivolous Lawsuit" in a South African court if you care to waste time and Krugerrands on that.

That would be funny to do if it was something simple and not cost-prohibitive!

I just want this on record: as much as I despise Rubini's actions, I do not wish for him to be raped by other men in jail.

Suffering psychosis had me crippled by fear and paranoia - boarding up windows, wearing a bulletproof vest and convinced my neighbours were plotting my death around the clock.

I think that sometimes in Poker when dealing with a known bluffer a Raise on the Stakes is often an effective strategy.  That can be done either in the hand being played, or by Upping the Ante on the next hand.  The depth of pockets is critical to consider when doing the math on this stratagem.

I both understand and respect that, Azzerae. Regardless of what people know, humanity will awaken to what God wants to be revealed in his time and through his grace, not our own. However, I understand where Toots is coming from, and it can feel overwhelming at times.
