So WTAF is that?  Grilled Cheese (what sort of cheese?) w/ cucumbers and a side of raspberries?  I am guessing that it is on Rye-bread, but am uncertain if I am seeing sesame seeds or a heavy dusting of flour for the crown of the loaf.

I am intrigued:  I like that plate;  I am stealing that idea of the dimpled edge for an eventual project of making my own table-service.
