I actually agree with what you wrote. And a large majority of what you write.

Then we agree and there is no disagreement.  :)

I’m...not clear on what you consider “mean-spiritedness” anyway.

Uh...

Go suck a bag of diseased dicks...

Stuff like this, perhaps?

Are you serious? It was directed at Tim Cook and Apple, the company that needs suicide nets to prevent their exploited Chinese slaves from killing themselves because their lives are so bleak that that’s the better alternative (and meanwhile are spying on all the rest of us for the deep state). :D

Believe it or not anger isn’t always a bad thing if it’s truly directed at hypocrisy and real injustice. ;)

Well. Those working conditions do sound inhumane.

I share your sentiment. Really, I do.

But you can't deny that telling a group of people to "go suck a bag of diseased dicks" is hardly living by Christ's example.

On the other hand, I detest prudes and goody two shoes' with their holier-than-thou attitudes (Christians only in name, like the RINO's).

I just have a complicated relationship with Christianity. I know some really willfully ignorant "Christians" in my immediate family, when I'm more skeptical in my tastes.

And I think I take this out on you, which is something I really need to quit doing.

So I'm sorry for that.

Maybe if they’d repent and stop being so evil I’d feel differently but they aren’t so I don’t and I don't feel guilty about that. There are people currently working on not only the ultimate destruction of Christianity but of drastically reducing the world’s population through whatever means necessary and they can go straight to hell where they belong. Repent and ask forgiveness and it shall be granted. If not the axe needs to come out to chop evil at its roots:

My relationship with Jesus has been complex too and, believe or not, at one point in my life I was right on the edge of going the other way because before Trump happened it just seemed like the whole world was going that way anyway and it was pretty bleak and hopeless so why not? It was actually just contemplative thinking and reasoning that brought me back to it’s loving fold. I feel like I had an awakening in that way at one point in my life and now that I’ve seen that truth clearly I can’t unsee it or deny it. Don’t get me wrong though, I still have my doubts and unresolved problems with it sometimes but that’s part of the journey too.

Death is the ultimate destination.

But we all make stops along the way.

William Dafoe as Jesus.

He's always seemed more villainous to me.
