Maybe but apparently the card number and pin could not be obtained from a single machine. Someone did make a program for it that emulates the pin reader from the movie though.

I gave trying to explain FOSS to anyone years ago. People either get it or they don't.
And if there is ever a Mount Rushmore for the Internet Age, Richard Stallman deserves to be right up there with Bill Gates and Steve Jobs.

And Ubuntu, the most popular Linux distribution, is one of the best things to come out of South Africa.

And given that their companies are surveilling us and treating us like the product now it’s time that we all get out from under their thumbs. Linux not only offers us this opportunity but brings us back to the original dream of a customizable experience that people like Woz and others first had anyway before the evil geniuses of Jobs and Gates got control of the industry.
