I said this years ago and no one’s ever had an answer for me. The reason YouTube dominates is simply because the vids are easy to share because all you have to do is copy the web address and paste it to the forum you want and they automatically embed. As far as I know no other video site does this. Until Rumble fixes this they won’t be able to compete with YouTube.
