Why are you being so nasty Gerardo, defecating in the forum as do you?
And how is life treating you in Tajikistan or WTF you are really from?

Generally speaking, it was a good idea to purge the members list of spammers.

But I do miss Royal8. Nothing fake about him, he was a real asshole.

For example:

Ok smart ass aka Mrs. Smartypants...

If ya have your OWN BRAIN ya might be "open" to reality?

How is it strange when you kick me out and silence me? Cheating, rigging, gaslighting? 2 can play at that game? Heck 3 or 4 or EVERYONE can. Who would want to do that? Scared sheep perhaps? Controlled opposition certainly. At the very least the ignorant and the insecure and vengeful.

None of us know for certain where we are and what the dimensions are of the DIMENSIONS.

Why is this?

All we know is what we are told. What we are told is NOT the facts. We can't go anywhere and scout the earth without approval and without the resources.
We only know what we are told and "taught" to believe. Think outside of your textbook handed to you long ago. Do you believe the government lies? Does it
tell the truth on some things but not others? Do you swallow the Kool Aid ALWAYS or only if and when it SEEMS to taste good or "right"? Be honest. Is there no creator and we are just mere accidents in a colossal, ever expanding universe that is hauling ass through an infinite Star Wars like "space" of distance and time while all the stars and planets minute by minute and day by day ALWAYS remain fixed in the same place? Could it be the sun and moon and stars and planets revolve around us/Earth = JUST AS IT APPEARS? If so, there is a intelligent design by a creator and this was NO ACCIDENT.

Oh, he is still a member.

I just changed his screen name...

And, he was banned for a time.

But there have been a few unbannings over the past week.

A shame to miss an interesting post by Walks_At_Night

Yep, my Dad was born in in 1921. He was well into his 40's when I was born.

The day he started Kindergarten was the day he started work. Digging potatoes and what not for the farmer down the road after school. My Grandfather was a drunk and thus was often out of work so with 14 kids in the house, the kids had to pickup the slack. The Depression didn't help matters. They would do whatever to earn enough money for shells for the shotgun and bullets for the .22 - so dinner more often than not was what they could go out and shoot. Thus all the boys became pretty damn good shots. Uncle Clarence was the best - the Army picked up on that and Uncle C. ended up being a gunner on B-24 during the war. Dad was second to youngest - Aunt Doris was the youngest. So all the other older kids pitched in and ensured that there was enough money to allow them both to finish High School.

From there Dad ended up in it the Civil Conservation Corp way up in Northern Michigan before ending up working for a corporation whose logo you probably see everyday. He worked as a blast furnace technician and maintained and repaired them. He took a leave of absence after Pearl Harbor and joined the Navy - he had enough of working in mud and slop in the CCC's so wanted to ensure he didn't end up in the Army or Marines. He served on a Destroyer and got to see a lot of different theaters of the war. He fought Germans, Italians, Vichy French and the Japanese. Luckily for him, he spent most of the war on convoy duty - so he got to party in New York City quite a bit. As opposed, to say, my poor Uncle Ed who ended up in Burma and spent his time sweating in the jungle and getting sick constantly.

After the war he returned to his job and had a close call right after I was born when a blast furnace exploded. They weren't sure if he would be blinded for life or not but it turned out ok. He retired and enjoyed his pension for almost 30 years. He wanted to make it to age 100 but didn't quite get there but made it well into his 90's.  His life wasn't boring!
