Thunderdome remains committed to a providing a warm & welcoming family environment for Its spectators, and as such, will continue to insist on providing only free blankets in lieu of any making any other health maintenance technology available. Thus, a vax-free environment remains inviolable, irregardless of what those hoors down at City Hall might say.

However, the eyewash stations should be back online shortly. Semper fi

Yeah yeah yeah, but where can I jerk off at?

Clapton previously shared his thoughts on the Covid-19 shutdown when he appeared on Van Morrison’s anti-lockdown song “Stand and Deliver” in December 2020; two months later, in February, Clapton received his first of two AstraZeneca vaccinations, he wrote in his letter to Robin Monotti Graziadei, who shared the letter on his Telegram with the guitarist’s permission. (Rolling Stone has confirmed the authenticity of the letter. A rep for Clapton did not immediately respond to a request for comment.)

“My hands and feet were either frozen, numb or burning, and pretty much useless for two weeks,” guitarist writes of reaction to vaccine. “I feared I would never play again”

What is hopeless is how they are rolling the crap out. Anybody who REALLY wanted it now have it. And you have probably 20% of the population who might get it, but are not going to go out of their way. And the longer they don't get it, the more likely they are to say "we are going back to normal- I don't need it."

If Mohamed will not go to the mountain, bring the mountain to Mohamed. Offer it at sporting events. Set up a table at every major air port (these are people who want to fly and get out.) Bring it to the schools, the slaughterhouses and the employers with over 200 employees. No appointment needed- you don't need to even go to a pharmacy.

I suppose if you start doing that, you start to dilute the "exclusivity" of the vaccine. But those who want to feel like they have "done their part" or are the part of society that cares about others and will do their civic duty already have their vaccines in their arms. Now it needs to turn to those who would be willing to get it but are not going to go out of their way.

Oh, and something that I would disagree with, but would encourage others is "peer pressure." At the ball game you would get a conversation like "son, there is no reason for you not to be vaccinated, go over to that nice nurse and get your damn shot." You can introduce effective social pressure without giving the individual the "out" like saying "I will set up an appointment tomorrow, dad.," without following through.

They are trying desperately, free hotdogs at the ballgame, free beers and weed to come next!  They just need to deputize the bicycle-delivery guys hahaha

K_Dubb Attend:  with your fashionista(fascesninja?) chops you can probably design a snappy foam costume, something along these lines:

Nautical Shore...

COSTUME??? What is that?

Another example of 9 Dimensional chess by the Trumpster.  Pushes Operation Warp Speed hard. Lefties howl "I ain't never taking no 'Trump' vaccine". Everyone knows there will be a large amount of voter fraud in the upcoming election in some key districts. Trumps does too and makes a fuss but not enough to disrupt it. Trump gets BTFO in the election and again squawks but ineffectively - sends Rudy out in the alley back of the landscaping company, etc. Things almost get out of hand in January, sadly a few of the faithful must be sacrificed to make it look good. Biden sworn in. Lefties now flock to the Warp Speed vaccines as it is okay now because Trump is out of office and for "science". They take it at a 90% rate, while only 50% of righties take it [mostly RINO's] and the true faithful don't take it. Vaxxed people die like flies over the next two years due to progressive brain rot.  The true faithful remain alive along with others that passed the brutal test of common sense.

A dawn emerges and Pax Trumpicus Americanus dawns. The Trump family runs the United States for the 100 years.

I love the twist on the depopulation narrative. Now it is Trump taking out his enemies to usher in the "golden era" of American Trumpian politics and policies. Well done.

Conveniently, Canada, which has had shortages compared to us, has also found that delaying the second dose for people has benefits!

Quote
After Britain moved to extend the interval between doses, Pfizer and vaccine partner BioNTech said there was no data to back up the move. However, Pfizer has said that public health considerations outside of the clinical trials might be taken into consideration.

Canada made a similar move earlier this year, when the National Advisory Committee on Immunization (NACI) recommended extending the duration between first and second COVID-19 vaccination doses to up to 16 weeks in order to give as many people as possible some degree of protection as quickly as possible.

Shades of the "you don't need masks, save them for the doctors" fiasco.  And they wonder why people are skittish  ::)

From what I understand the variants are supposed to be more contagious, not more lethal.  I am a little skeptical this may reflect theier living conditions more than anything.  The one in the Seychelles, though, makes some vaccinated people sick, though their vaxxes are Chinese- and Indian-made which gives me the willies.

Possibly somebody should have told the New York Yankees not to take those ineffective Chinese and Indian made vaccines...

From CNN's headlines. "New York Yankees say 8 vaccinated members tested positive..."

Nah they got J&J

Quote
Occasional breakthrough cases are not unexpected because no vaccine is perfect. The J&J one-shot vaccine was found in US clinical trials to be 72% effective against moderate Covid-19 and 85% effective against severe Covid-19.

Boone said the latest staffer "feels good," and seven of the other team members infected were asymptomatic. Nevin was the only one who showed symptoms, and he is now feeling better, vice president of communications Jason Zillo said previously.

Their mild or nonexistent symptoms showed the benefits of the vaccine, CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky said on ABC's "This Week" on Sunday.

"This is the vaccine working," she said. "This means that you didn't get infected, or you didn't get a severe infection, you didn't require hospitalization, you didn't require death, and most likely those people were not transmitting to other people. So that is what we were working on the vaccine doing, we were hoping it would do."

"you didn't require death" haha how reassuring, who are these people anyway?

I suppose this might be a good place to ask why there are so many black republicans refusing to get vaccinated? Are we supposed to demonize blacks like we do the individuals on the right- or are we supposed to give them a pass because "racism?"

From the AMA's website: "While about 60% of Americans say they will definitely or probably get a COVID-19 vaccine, only about 42% of Blacks would do so—compared to 83% of Asian, 63% of Latinx and 61% of white adults, according to a Pew Research Center survey conducted Nov. 18-29."

Perhaps, if you readily accepted the vaccine, it is proof of your white privilege? Report to the nearest BLM office and say "20 hail Rosa Parks".

I don't know; I demonize doc all the time and he doesn't seem to mind.

I, for one, am going to selflessly stand in solidarity with my black brethren. To shield them from the stigma of being unvaxxed in a white supremacist society, and to prevent the proverbial knee of the medical establishment from choking the life out of them, I will put my health on the line and refuse the vaccine as well.
