Hehehe

Uncle Joe putting the squeeze on.  Dance, you turkeys!

Regarding that term:

Slang. a person or thing of little appeal; dud; loser. a naive, stupid, or inept person.

Wouldn’t that be someone who can’t think for themself and not only unquestioningly accepts but actually cheerleads the creeping fascism? In other words, someone like you?

How is reopening things creeping fascism?  Any normal person would be happy but all you guys do is grouse.  I think it's hilarious.

Post me the quote where I’m grousing about reopening.

You are, however, totally cheerleading and applauding Joe Biden’s bullying tactics of coercion. Medical tyranny is still tyranny.

To be honest, I find it interesting that you do not see it. I suppose it would only be fascist if it were Trump demanding that the vaccinated keep wearing masks to prevent "shedding" while the unvaxed go maskless.* I seriously don't care what they do. I expect to never see the grand canyon again, I expect to never fly again. But if you don't see the vilification of an entire portion of the population as a little dangerous-If you don't see how making that population visible to the world to spit on, then welcome to 1930's Germany. Keep cheer leading the division of the population. I'm sure it will work out well.

*No, I don't believe that to be an intelligent reaction. But it seems like a good scenario.

What's the matter, you don't like Uncle Joe's Mean Tweet?  You should be applauding, too.  The more sheeple get stuck the sooner it will go away.  70% vaxxed leaves 30%, plenty of room, for suspicious fellows with garages full of Bakker buckets and Trump silver dollars under the floorboards.  If it is sinister, you will soon have the country all to yourselves.

70%?! Is it all just propaganda and spin with you?

As of 6 a.m. EDT May 12, a total of 117,647,439 Americans had been fully vaccinated, or 35.4 percent of the country's population, according to the CDC's data. Below are the states and Washington, D.C., ranked by the percentage of their population that has been fully vaccinated against COVID-19, according to the CDC.

And the next mutation? Another round of lockdowns; vaccine development and administration? Ad infinitum? Does your appetite for esablishment chode know no bounds?!

70% is WA's target.  We have plenty of chuds.

I don't know; they seem to be able to come up with the seasonal flu vaccine in time.  I don't think people have the appetite to go through this again, society-wide.  I sure don't.  Maybe start with the old folks next time.

Your whole argument for creeping fascism rests on the idea that this is a permanent state of affairs rather than the emergency it was declared to be.  Reopening things aggressively is the first real evidence that you are wrong, and it's funny to watch you contort yourselves so that you still feel persecuted just when the heavy hand of government is lifting.  I think it is a complex or something.

Maybe I just don’t see evidence of this “aggressive reopening” where I am. Glad to hear that things are totally back to normal where you are.

I think the word sycophantic accurately describes you as a person.

I don't think so.  Consulting the etymology, that word comes from two Greek words meaning "to show a fig" and I have not, to my knowledge, in my series of displays of superabundant fruitiness, ever exhibited that item.

Please! You’re pretty much nothing but a display of establishment figs. ::)

What does that even mean?  I just live my life, dutifully get poked and wear my mask and ignore all your portentous doom fantasies, and tease you guys a little and I get dire talk of yellow stars, fascism, and the usual apocalyptic can-kicking -- "ok it didn't happen this time, but what about next time?"  No, of all the fruits, the fig is the one fruit you can truly say I do not give.

It’s like this: because you are a weak, effeminate man you crave cruel muscularture of fascism. It’s like if the court jester made fun of the peasantry instead of the powerful. It’s viewed as a giant ass-kiss to power and tends to inspire hatred in those who witness it.
