I think this thread should be merged with the earlier and original "Gurns" thread started by my esteemed colleague Shadow Veep (elect) K_Dubb.

Furthermore, my administration will scour the intar-tubes in search of Web-logs &al that have superfluous, duplicate and/or redundant thread topics.  I think the rule traditionally has been that the Thread started earlier is the one that gains the duplicate threads' material, I will see to it that this tarditional "rule" becomes Law.

I don't know if anybody had been following the supreme court case that would have allowed police to enter your house and conduct warrant less searches and take your guns if they claimed that they were doing "community caretaking functions" instead of "police work." Anyhow, it was unanimously tossed today.

It looks like Biden may need to appoint a few more judges than originally planned...
