That is Myke Hideous, who frequently appears on papi's program.  I don't think he is a guest because papi always says they have no guests when he is on, but I am not sure if he is a cohost, either.  Something in-between, maybe?

He used to be in a band called the Misfits (which, as an actual misfit, I appreciate greatly) and later The Empire Hideous, and I actually spoke to him!  He is probably the most famous person I have ever spoken to on the phone.   He said I seemed like a Very Nice Man and we bonded over man-purses.

For those concerned about such things, Myke started life as a liberal Democrat and became a Republican after he was beat up by some black guys.  I think he is New Jerseyish.  Shades of bateman, who developed a deep antipathy towards Black Lives Matter after he was mugged.  You wonder if it is something in the water back there.
