Of course, this is Black Pete, one of Santa's little helpers. Not as terrifying as old Krampus, but he still gets to do a lot of the dirty work. Here he is stuffing brats into a bag on Christmas Eve.

Matt Groening drew a comic strip called 'Life in Hell' years before 'The Simpsons' were ever a thing.

The strip was faaar cooler than 'The Simpsons' in my humble opinion.
