No, this is entirely too reasonable!  How do you expect Uncle Joe to shift attention from the Afghan disaster without creating a new and deadly enemy for everyone to hate?  Tolerance and compassion are what people call for when they LOSE and the unvaxxed hogs are LOSING the debate, clogging the hospitals, demanding that sweet apple paste like spoiled children!  Everyone can see:  the covid has a delightful predilection for the kind of fat, opinionated boomers who host bottom-tier radio or post spicy memes on the facebook, their faces are being eaten in full public view.

Covid was a foreign invader and, while most of society gathered together to protect our most vulnerable, these hogs denied it was real, mocked anyone taking it seriously, resisted any effort to contain it, ditched their masks with smirk, forged their vaxx cards, and clickyshared every nonsensical piece of bullshit they could find.  It wasn't enough to sit back and wish the fighters and risk-takers well, they had to actively and defiantly spread it around.

Now they are about to learn what happens to Collaborators when the war is over:  they get rounded up, heads shaved, and flogged through the streets in a great spectacle for those who took the risks and bore the burden to exact Retribution.

Entirely too reasonable!

But go on and keep fighting those bloated and old straw men of yours.
You love the tussle and we are amused with the moshpit .

I just found out that a cousin of mine has tested positive and is in town quarantining. I also just looked up a lab in my city who offers testing for antibodies. I think I will make an appointment for Monday. If I do not presently have aniibodies, I am seriously, seriously considering making a visit to my cousin and taking time off of work after the visit.

I wish I were joking. But I'm so fucking done with this bullshit. I know that I will get it eventually (that is what happens when you are not vaxxed.) And I figure I may as well get it so that I can avoid everybody else in my life and not spread it to those I care for.

At this point, I would say there is a 50 / 50 chance of my visiting him if I have not already had the stupid disease. I'm not committed, and I have to give it more thought (just found out he has it.) I know the risks- my grandmother died of it (was quite healthy for her age), my great aunt died with it in December (just had her funeral last week) but was in the last stages of terminal cancer. It's not like I'm blind to risks. But I also don't feel like waiting for the inevitable and then infecting and killing my mother or other family members who are older and not vaxxed.

I suppose if I do, I will want my "hero cookie" like every vaxxed idiot out there. And maybe and extra one for getting the actual virus rather than a weak-ass vaccine.

Ediot: I guess I should have ordered my horse paste before last week. It may be a race between my infection and Canada Post... And I don't put a lot of hope in the postal system...

*** I also can always hope that I have already had it. I almost can't see how I could have avoided it given my work setting, number of people I know who had it, and the fact I was sick at the very start of it. Also, I have not been as careful as I probably should have. Told my sister of a story going to the airport terminal in the height of the stupidity, wandering around while waiting, getting a subway after grabbing handrails and not thinking of washing my hands. I am a covidiot supreme.

"The ferries are already short-staffed, and there is a global shortage of maritime workers." Yeah. The best way to deal with a shortage of workers is to fire a bunch of them for not getting a vaccine. They are doing the same thing in our health system while claiming to be understaffed with nurses suffering from burnout. Smart.

Bwahahaha. 10% of the Chicago school bus drivers quit Friday and now a bunch of kids can't get to school easily.  1/3 of truck drivers say they will quit or as to be fired. You expect to get fuel to your stations, your cars delivered, food to your supermarket shelves? This is going to go very, very well in the near future.

Palpate the rage!  Smell the fury!

More hilarity! I just ran across an article stating that a hospital in NY had to stop delivering babies when too many of their nurses quit over the mandate. What a bunch of selfish nurses. Much like the ferry workers, they should have thought about the individuals who needed their services. How selfish of them not to provide the services demanded (despite the fact that they are no longer legally allowed to do so.)

I hope society comes grinding to a halt and anarchy reigns as people starve due to a lack of transportation, can't get off islands for a lack of maritime workers, and can no longer go to a hospital to have a baby.

My second cousin who maintained planes for around 3 decades will lose his job in two weeks. I suppose that one less senior flight mechanic should not affect flight schedules or safety. Of course, it sounds like there are a few of them planning on getting fired before the month is out. And just as they take planes out of being mothballed to return to service. I love it when the MSM frames mandates as being the solution to getting "the economy back on track."

These island b****** be whack, yo. They think they're so clever, what with their airlift helicopters that look like missile defense interception systems, and their airlift helicopters that pick up broken bodies and land with fully intact redheads brunettes, and their Spiritual Wonder Island Kefir Boys who just get everything handed them on a g-d damn silver platter, oh and now the fairies are on strike.

Færie 5, standing by. Prepare for saucer sep--Oh my, that was fast. Pray for Archangel Michael to come down ASAP and end my torment with his slamming sword. Oh, all he has left is flaming? Well, obviously somebody taught him how to burn the fuck out of anything.

It's dangerous to go alone at the wrong temperature. Here, take this digital thermometer, and when you're done getting your rails done right (stop obsessing on Merry Christmas, Moron), you and your little hidden partner can take turns shoving it right up each other's asses.

By the way, he ain't all that hidden. You have fooled literally no one. I'm going back to bed. Call for help (DAVID) when your problems are serious—and he probably has lots of extra FREE FUCKING time available to handle all your stupid fucking bullshit. Doesn't that sound nice? It sure did before! *click*

Palpate the rage!  Smell the fury!

Yes, it's true: this man was made with no dick, so I grew my own. It wasn't hard; I'm a Sourcerer, and now it is. Hey, can one of you go pick up my wife from the dry cleaners? Watch the collars... STARCKH

Careful. She's a biter. Farts, too.

I wish they were merely straw, but instead they are oozing globs of tallow with distorted faces on them!  I worked with this really fat guy once and he hit upon the bright idea to save time in the morning by showering the night before good god he smelled like a vintage provolone by 9am.

The ferry system put this out on Friday obviously anticipating things

Here I think there’s some appetite for enduring pain in order to drive out the unvaxxed, we will probably be wearing masks forever and buzzing in with our vaxx passes for years just so we don’t have to deal with you guys.

A religious group gives tips on avoiding the Covid-19 vaccine

https://www.kuow.org/stories/avoiding-covid-19-vaccines-a-religious-group-gives-washingtonians-tips-on-how-to-do-it

Quote
One of these seminars took place on Wednesday at Island Church on Bainbridge Island. Roughly 100 people attended — surprising given the island’s liberal bent. No one except this reporter wore a mask at the indoor event...

<sneer>  Actually the number is surprising.

Quote
The organizers played a video of a woman named Michelle who they said had successfully applied for a religious exemption.

In the video, Michelle suggested that people NOT use the argument that they oppose the vaccines because fetal cells may have been used in their development, because that might change with future vaccines.

Also because it is a trap, fetal cells are used to test a variety of common medications and all they have to do is search your desk and find your Tylenol and BUSTED

Quote
It’s unclear whether this approach will work.

Every employer has its own process for religious accommodations. The state of Washington’s religious exemption request form asks employees to assert two things:

1) That that you have a sincerely held religious belief or religious conviction that prevents you from receiving the COVID-19 vaccine, and

2) That you have never received a vaccine or medicine from a health care provider as an adult.

These questions present a high bar, and few Christians, other than Christian Scientists, would likely qualify under this standard.

And few people will believe that you just happened to stumble upon a copy of "Science & Health, with a Key to the Scriptures" in your early-pandemic reading binge and had an epiphany.
