A lot of embarrassing analysis and deliberate falsehood. You should have a real Canadian counter this kind of stuff.

Ah, Gentile-men!

I have an out-of-order open-tab dating to 17AUG2023 that has much to do with Arcadia:

Coverage Launched on New Helium Co. With 3x Upside
Stephane Foucaud
17AUG2023

Aiming to advance its primary project to production as soon as possible, the firm intends to drill test it in Q4/23, noted an Auctus Advisors report.

Pulsar Helium Inc. (PLSR:TSX.V) gained research coverage by Auctus Advisors on the same day it completed its initial public offering (IPO), reported analyst Stephane Foucaud in an Aug. 15 initiation note. Auctus assigned Pulsar a CA$0.90 per share target price, which implies more than three times the upside...

Thankfully, that article is horribly old;  I wonder how that speculative He-3/NatGas reserve they found turned out:  I somehow doubt it was the next BitCoin.

I would provide a more amusing vidya;  perhaps one related to flatulence:  thanks to Goggle's AutoPlay feature, I happen to have this:

...which I hope will suffice, for reasons.

The best I can do to give you the Canadian point of view.

"A guy named Mark Carney stepped up to the podium and pretty much said that Canada's relationship with the United States of America is over." That is not what the Prime Minister said and that is not what Canadians believe. The relationship has changed, yes. "The old relationship ... is over."

"Canada is looking to completely rebuild its economy as well as its strategic defense position with zero American involvement." That is not the case, nor is it realistic. Canadians know this.

Canadians don't believe the border security reason for the tariffs. The amount of fentanyl and illegals from Canada is negligible compared to Mexico. Yet Justin went out of his way to placate Trump's demands. As far as Canada is concerned America has started an unjust trade war.

"They are cutting economic and strategic ties with their largest trade partner ..." Not true, nor would they want to.

"We want their government to stop turning a blind eye while criminals, drug mules and human traffickers stroll across the northern border." Which sounds absurd for Canadians. Where is a lot of the drugs, guns and criminals coming into Canada from? Well, from the US or through the US.

"They're willing to torch their own economy to avoid co-operating with him (Trump)." Canadians are only trying to preserve their economy and their sovereignty. Of course they are willing honor negotiations. That is what current and future trade agreements are for.

Obviously Canada does not want to "slash trade with America." Canada's economy depends on exports. The US tariffs will force a search for new markets.

"Canada's leadership has decided to cut ties altogether." Nonsense and impossible.

"Their future is dependent on the United States of America." This is obvious. Canadians want to and need to preserve good relations with the United States.

"The only reason all of this is happening right now is because President Trump wanted Canada's help with securing our border and they refused to do so ... We're (Canada) going to crash our economy instead." This comment is so stupid it can only be propaganda.

"A ... Carney stepped up to the podium and ...

Sorry, Lazar.  I read that and had to try and find the obligatory joke.

Best I could do:

...How do you get a retired carnie off your porch?...

Me being a 11-year old at heart, I'd re-write the set-up as a "...retarded carnie..." & maybe leave the 'porch' bit in dependant on the punch line.

Honestly though, Canada's existance is a bit of a historical joke if one looks at it through the properly rose-tinted lenses.

Nautical Shore.

None of that was a two year old open tab on my phone, btw.

Cheers!

You clearly know nothing about how illicit smuggling actually functions, although I guess you pulled it all together by the end of your post. (>Kudos.) You're a bad Leaf. Your information is bad. Your point of view is bad.

But, I love you. Now, paint my bathroom. *click*

Have at it.

This from a strongly biased investor's perspective. Any number of other analysts can offer better than plaid boy.

What's going on in Oak Island?

I've been casually watching the History Channel's show on this off & on over the years The Curse of Oak Island: Official Series Playlist...

I think they have managed to buy all of the land on the island by now (maybe a plot or two are outside their direct control?), and they seem to have settled into milking the thing for all it is worth.

The series has that Ancient Aliens vibe and the same narrator ; only instead of "XYZ found in an ancient archaeological site seemingly dated to before the invention of such... if true, could it be possible, that it was aliens?"

He slightly modifies it to "XYZ found in/near/on the island an ancient archaeological site seemingly dated to whatever tenuous connection works to connect Oak Island to Ark Of The Covenant/Knights Templar Treasure/Pirate Treasure... if true, could it be possible, that it was The Phonecians/Knights Templar/The Dread Pirate Roberts?"

Probably my most least favorite character is the Anglish metal detector guy with his "Bobby Dazzler," "Top Pocket Find," "That's A Screamer!" & "Gold Baby!" catch-phrases:

He'll find some chunk of old rusted iron and speculate that "...This is clearly an 'inge for a gate or a door from the 'oarteen 'unnerts;  you can tell by this bend 'ear..." and then they take it to their "Ancient Blacksmith Expert" who will say "This is a wooden barrel hoop dating to the late 1700s,  you can tell by the deflection angle of the iron here it was probably a 100-gallon barrel..." or somesuch.

"Bobby Dazzler" used to make some really crazy predictions about what was dug up that were subsequently shot down by the many "expert scientists" the Oak Island team uses to analyze whatever they found.  In the earlier seasons when "Bobby Dazzler" first showed up, Rick & Gary (especially Rick) were a little bit annoyed about "Bobby Dazzler" & his goofy catch-phrases and they sort of limited his appearances in the final show-cuts.

I loved/hated the guy too, but he makes for great comedic relief (whether intentional or not) and am happy they have kept him around.  He has begun to rein in his more outlandish speculations in the later seasons, but they still throw in his completely off-the-reservation comments (when/if he actually makes one) about the finds.

Also, they love to send him in to the muck excavation tailings they occasionally do like when they drained the swamp that one season.  I think that was part of Rick's price to keep him on the show.  They do still give him a minor "character" to accompany him with a shovel for when he's out in the rando-woods looking for stuff.

I notice that they now make him use marker flags &tc before he's allowed to actually dig up whatever he has detected.  I wonder if that is a function of the Canadian Gov't getting their claws into the operation (to claim whatever is found as Historical Artifacts) or if old "Bobby Dazzler" was actually pocketing some of his "Top Pocket Finds?"  Perhaps some of both...

I have noticed that over the years the amount of Canadian Gov't regulation of the site has increased somewhat.  Requirement of some on-site Official Archaeologists, Geo-scientists, Metallurgists & etc.  As well as draconian Permitting requirements for Ecological Impact, Site Safety, Construction Codes Enforcement &tc.

Just amusing as hell, and although I do not foresee them getting to the end of it any time soon (one of History Channel's golden geese ruthlessly slaughtered), I sure do wish they would.

Maybe they will have better luck than Geraldo Rivera.

I guess since they aren't "DOING IT LIVE" they will be able to take care of that in post-production...

What a wonderfully amusing shit-show.

This guy. If the Libs win election on the 28th there is only Trump to blame. 51st state is no longer a joke. Trump made that an insult and a threat. Like saying, we own you, we can own you and we will own you. They are pissed. Mad Canadians make American Democrats look like pussies.

Trump already endorsed Carney. You’re saying Canadians are mad at Trump so they’ll vote for his guy? Yeah, that’ll show him.  ;D
