That's what I hate about the corporate world: its just bullying dressed up as business/professionalism. Any of the perceived hierarchy that exists in corporate - even the title 'boss' - is the little guy being fucked by the big guy.

That doesn't have to be where you end up, though. Work to actively drive the destiny of your story. If we hung out and anyone gave you shit, I'd be glad to smack they kufi off.

It may appear as if all I'm offering is lip service, but I mean what I say.

I don't know what its like to be gay. I really don't. It must be hard out there. But I know what its like to be a pariah. I've become comfortable in that role.

I just think, that if we leave said issues unchecked, we truly are crafting the very bars of our future psychological jails.

I am working on it!  You should see the giant rolling pin I got last Christmas!  The springerle debate is endless, there are those who advocate for the fatless bland original with weeks of aging to soften and those seeking a rapprochement with butter and including spices instead of simply their essence absorbed from seeds scattered on the baking sheet.  I am far more taken with spekuloos, the dark and spicy ones made by a similar process.

While somewhat sympathetic I am to what you are saying try running a perfectly democratic company where everyone has equal say. Out of business in less than a year it would be.
