If it doesn't hurt it doesn't work. The muscles get small tears in them which then get filled in with new muscle, that's how people build mass. If you're doing it like Doris Day you're going to stay the same puny bastard forever. At this rate you'll be 80 before you have any biceps, kicking sand in their face at the Senior Centre.

Haha yeah before last year I split a personal trainer with a friend of mine, he was a gigantic Romanian named Chris but we of course called him Vladimir.  You could tell he was a little leery of us especially of my friend who tried to get him to flex all the time but after a few months he was like hey guys you want to go get burger?  I hope he is ok; there is always camwhoring to fall back on if you’re built like that.

But he thought we were sissies and made us do girl weights all the time, no dumbbells over 25 lbs lots of reps.

I once pushed the fattest boy in school out of a window. I nearly put my back out shoving him through but nobody gave me any credit, they just called me a horrible cunt.
