See, now this is how you know Old School Anthony is totally back. I am now considering pulling a double header. NYC on November 6th and Philly on November 20th. Yeah I am serious. I am about to go straight up loose canon rogue like back during my modified, high school, and collegiate days.

I’m the opposite despite not being a pro runner but I do have high aspirations to reach the local competitive level of running in my sun-setting open competitive days. I am a lunatic and constantly in motion all the time. I have been a loose canon since day one way back in 1994.

HELL YEAH - Track Interval Workout tonight with my Racing Unit! (CPTC Tracksmith)

Warmup to the track on the westside, 1x2000/3x1 mile/1x2000 and 1x400 switching on the afterburners. 2 1/2 minute recovery on the reps.
