Fever broke last night about T+32h unassisted by medicine, I am not sure it applies in this case but a lot of doctors I know let it run reasoning that you don’t want to suppress the body’s own defenses.  Slept for 12 hours, shoulder is much better, aches are gone except for, bizarrely, my right thumb which feels for all the world like I jammed it, but I did not.  Now just sweaty and gross.  Glad you boys had fun 💋
