☝️In Jacky's mind we all live in his head as extensions of his ego (solipsism) so of course we all must be involved in the sordid happenings of his life. That is why he shifts from directly addressing us to blending our personas with others, forcing us to play a part in his drama, accusing us of stuff we didn't do. If we stand in opposition to him in some way, we must necessarily be related to the other forces arrayed in opposition since we are all creatures of his psyche. As a manifestation of ego it dwarfs anything I have seen before, and I've been around some weird people.
It's narcissism but not the "he sure thinks highly of himself" kind and more of the personality disorder kind. I'd believe it was art, a literary conceit, an extended unreliable-narrator exercise, but it's consistent with how he presented himself in his psych evaluation. Not a big deal, just a bit of spice in the azzgab bar.
