When I first saw this on YT, I was heartbroken for those that died and the community that was destroyed. Then I watched a few more videos, and wondered whether this was, maybe a setup? Naw . . . .
A motorcyclist crashes into a truck carrying explosives, so -BOOM!
The truck was carrying the explosives to a mine, and the community that was destroyed was home to the miners and their families. But the more vids I watched, the more curious I became.
WHAT is being mined? Who OWNS the mine? Who are the shareholders? You know, silly stuff like that.
The deaths and extent of the damage, not to mention the size of the explosion crater - yes
crater, are far and beyond what one might imagine if only told of the event without the audio/video to back it up.
So far, 13 lives are known to be lost. Yet, the Motorcycle rider AND the truck driver walked away unharmed, according to the police chief in the accompanying video.
