Remember Building 7. Counter-intuitive, I know.

Bush Jr.: Listen here, Puti Pute. We’re gonna let you invade Ukraine while we pretend to put up a front against it for the news but just between you and me you know it’s all gonna be theatre.

Putin: But what of the people of Ukraine?!

Don’t you know that a Nigerian man wins any marathon anywhere? You’re just there essentially to demonstrate how much faster he is than your slow ass. ;D

Earlier today, I was lookin’ good, decked to the nines in my suit, steppin’ off the F train in Queens and struttin’ down Hillside Avenue in Jamaica, NY like I knew what is what but they don’t know what is what, what the fuck??? Lookin’ good and lookin’ cool like Richard Groyper, MY BABYYYYYYYYYYY and having the same sex appeal, but the male version, as Asuka Langley’s female aura like her true scuffed nature. Like Alice in the Wonderland, literally Alice.

A track workout

If I have to take another victory lap, I'm going to throw up. Truth be told, these things take time to settle.

FuNnEl TiMe

Going down the funnel and back up the funnel

3 mile warm-up

12,2,10,2,8,2,6,2,4,2,2,2,4,2,6,2,8,2,10,2,12,2 (Full recovery with decreasing/increasing amount of recovery. The 2 minute surges are gonna be at 1500 meter/1 mile race pace, approximately 4:20-4:30ish mile effort dev +/-) followed by 2-4 200 meter build-ups

3 mile cool down, maybe a few tacked on on top of that maybe?! 🧐

GOOD LUCK TO ALL COMPETING TOMORROW IN THE NYC HALF MARATHON, especially those out of CPTC Tracksmith! The Artillery has really come out for this one, everyone is excited things are slowly getting back to normal since the pandemic seems to be winding down. I will be there cheering on my teammates who are racing!

Go get it CPTC!
