Nah. I think I blended in well enough.

Hey hawaiian shirts are still hot this year!  But lately I have been seeing "the only people wearing hawaiian shirts are boomers and homos" so beware.

Wow points for working gold and silver in, too!  That vid is like a perfect storm of prepperdoomer paranoia.

This is long-time Times columnist Danny Westneat.  The cultural difference is absolutely true, we do not jaywalk and don’t talk to strangers and when I travel much of America feels very different to me, not like freedom but like jostling with a bunch of entitled assholes who get in your face.  Before you say we are lacking in personal freedom bear in mind we have naked bikerides and were one of the first places to legalize the happy lettuce, we respect autonomy as long as you don’t bother people:

Quote
I wrote some columns last year about how Americans — unlike, say, Canadians — might just be too unruly and individualistic for a pandemic. Not Seattleites, though: We’re ruly. For an anarchistic jurisdiction, we’re still the types, deep down, who follow the instructions from the app. What the coronavirus loves is shouting and singing and hugging. It does not thrive on people who silently wait for the light to change before crossing.

Doesn't the Pacific Northwest sound quaintly Canadian? Let us count the ways.

Haha, I've not yet begun to virtue-signal. But seriously, trying to get health info from someone who has gone before me is now considered virtue-signalling? What a world we live in. I assure you, I got the vaccine purely for selfish reasons.

Also, last week I towed a car out of a ditch for some teenager who just had a learner's permit. Feels good, man. There, virtue-signalling has begun.

I have a few 70's polyester versions that have to be worn ironically in cold weather because I turn into a Sweat-Hog wearing them.

I rarely wear them, they hang next to my Hugo Boss wool suit;  as I do not have a proper gold medallion to nestle in my chest "man-bush" to properly accent them.

I do have a single Red cotton one that is very tasteful and subdude that I inherited from my father, it is strictly an Easter/Christmas or official "party" function shirt that is worn with Carhart carpenter's jeans (blue) and a white-T underneath.

I am neither boomer nor homo:  usually wear shitty old t-shirts and jeans in public as part of my retro "hobo-chic" style.  Born too late for the one and too early for the other...

We hear "Not Inferring Intentionality" over and over from the respected sector.
The number one rule in any bureaucracy is cover thy own ass.
It takes the outsiders, mavericks and lunatic fringe to cast blame and throw the harshest stones.

I agree with this part, which is why I am paying a lot more attention to the vaxx now that I have it.  I am sure if any problems with the vaccines arise they will be leaked and seized by the loonies before the establishment figures out how to deal with them, in the meantime they will try to suppress them.

That said, these three are bravely sticking out their necks and their reputations into the ether.

I disagree with this part.  At least one of the three is a scammer, and the other two are sketchy as hell for sitting there with him.

Oh yes polyester ones are like wearing a hefty bag!  I wondered what your sort of style was.  I can see that, the truth is a man with your magnificent proportions you can wear anything and look better than a pudge in Prada.  Even a little pudge.  Sounds like you are actively fighting the hot, though, which makes me  :( , though it is a well-worn strategy.

I don't know, man; my neighbor popped out to check on me yesterday because I had taken the screen off and was standing in a second-floor window vigorously whacking the house with a push-broom.  I was congratulating myself on not having to ask anyone to hold the ladder while I rammed a bit of gutter with the nail pulling out back on but he clearly thought I was having a psychotic episode, should have gotten all trussed up with a toolbelt and some proper clips.

Dr Hodkinson is a pathologist by training, with a wealth of knowledge in infectious disease, virology and evidence-based medicine, who was educated at Cambridge University and University College Hospital Medical School in London, before moving to Canada in 1970 and training at the University of British Columbia.

An urgent message from Dr. Roger Hodkinson (Interview with Anna Brees)

Great Colonel. Now aside from tearing off my 50 year old leaking galvanized eaves trough and replacing it this year- what are your recommendations? I'm looking at replacing the continuous gutters with some of the sections  because I cannot just get somebody to show up and make the gutter and leave me to install it. I suppose I will also be "upgrading" from the 4 inch to 5 inch gutter.

Look you guys, you have that video being shared everywhere with Steve Kirsch who made a blatant error misrepresenting a study to show a ridiculously high rate of miscarriages.  This isn’t even a question of medical credentials or authority or expertise, or really even of statistics, it is just basic math at a high-school level.  A child could see it.

Sitting across from a guy who treated his own case of covid with Pepcid, got “long covid” anyway, and still got the vaccine he is trying to scare you away from.

That is the problem I have with this stuff, I am interested in the unknown risk I took and what price there may be for it, but there is so much pure and unadulterated shizzle being pumped out now because the scammers know you will click and share without the slightest diligence.  That is not being open-minded, it is just lazy.  Do you even care who these people are telling you these things?  Go back and look at other things they’ve said, they are not serious people.  Chuckleheads everywhere!

It is the same scam that Lin Wood and Sidney Powell played after the election, to any of you think they are serious people any more?  It is just attention-grabbing noise, intended to attract huge followings of gullible folks to fleece and hopefully turn to their advantage whenever the prospect of a fresh con dawns on them.  They are just digital-era mountebanks.
