When you get a COVID-19 shot, the information goes into a digital recrod kept by the state where it was administered, and that's the end of the road.  The CDC does not hold records of individual vaccinations...

Digital vaccine-passport systems overcome vaccine cards' awkward physicality, but just as hygiene theater turned cleaning into a false sense of pandemic security, vaccine passports risk becoming verification theater, especially if deployed in only a small number of states...

Excelsior Pass does plug into state databases to produce a screen or printout with a bar code that can be scanned by another app.  But this is all limited by the act that the databases only record shots administered in New York State.  And the app isn't magic; not much is stopping someone from sharing their own screenshots or printouts with someone else.

When I asked an Excelsior Pass help-desk agent how a business could confirm that a pass actually belonged to its holder, she said it was the first time anyone had asked that question.

"held by the state"  Not sure that I trust the goobers that work for the state here to find their own ass with both hands. I'd imagine many states are that way. Say some unscrupulous type hacks into the Washington database as the state IT goobers there aren't sharp enough to secure it properly and say a Gates or a Bezos ain't found in it.  How much extortion loot is that worth? Quite a bit, I'd imagine.

Yes, and even if they want to tie it to Medicaid or whatever granting agency is paying for it, when I got mine it didn't seem to attach to any existing medical record since it isn't insurance-billed so they're relying on a re-keyed list of SSNs at best that would be a nightmare to collate from data-entry errors alone, months of work by DMV types, recipe for disaster.

Earlier when the thread was talking about the magnetic 5G chip implants and somebody was worried about X-actos and "home-surgery" I observed that it was too bad that Dr. Leir was dead.

Now that the thread has reached Godwin's Law proportions*, I may lament the passing of Dr. Mengele from whom modern medicine has benefited from the "data" from some of his more esoteric experiments.  I think what happens to the human body under vacuum conditions was one of the quaint little experiments he carried out on his "second class citizen" test subjects.

My administration advocates only the use of Native-Born or Naturalized Kansas Second Class citizens in any and all human testing.  In particular I want to see how the CornHoleEbola virus affects survivability in motor-vehicle impacts that exceed 100 mph.  In fact I want to use Kansans in all sorts of motor-vehicle/COVID experiments, survivablilty after driving off a cliff (at various speeds), running into wooden and metal light poles at various speeds...

This program needs a "snappy name" and a Medical Doctor, MD type to run it as well.  For the name, I like "The Penultimate Solution" although that is not too snappy...  Maybe you can do something with that, you haz teh werd skillz.  Thanks in Advance, K_Dubb!

I also want to see how a single COVID positive Kansan involved in a multi-vehicle crash affects survivability for all COVID negative Kansans in all vehicles involved.  I really want to test to see if a COVID positive Kansan dies faster than a COVID negative Kansan when being runover by a steam-roller (at various speeds).

My sister in laws kid just got the second dose of the Pfizer vaxx and shes sick as fuck. Throwing up and really bad cold chills. Her mother had a bad reaction the the J&J and had to go to the ER for an allergy shot then later had migraines.

I have known a few people who were deadly sick. One of my employees called an ambulance that night he felt so bad. The medic checked him out and listened to his symptoms before declaring "that is how you can tell it is working."

Most people up here have been lead to believe that the worse your reactions, the better the protection and the better your immune system has been activated. Maybe it is true? I confess that I don't know...

Maybe that is a big part of it. I grew up in the punk scene. Anarchy and outright hatred of everything that "straight" society stood for was not uncommon. I confess that I'm not positive if I feel any sense of "civic duty" at all. Like I said, I didn't now out when it was tearing through my workplace. That was more a sense of decency than anything related to "civic duty."

Oh, I also looked at the whole fetus stem cell thing. J+J and Astrazenica use them for production. All of them were using them for research, testing and the likes. And that was an article in ABC news- I didn't have to go to any conspiracy websites. They are quite proud of their new science...

Maybe in the US where you don't have socialized health care like the rest of the world. Up here, they just put in every medical record into a computer data base. Every prescription, every diagnosis, every skin rash is now accessible to every doctor and every hospital. I laughed when they got it done last year as you are not able to opt out. It is there for your own good.

Depressed and feeling suicidal? That will be on your record for eternity  if you tell you doctor. Worried you might have an STD? Don't worry- the lab results will be accessible even when you get dementia and forget you ever had sex.

I'm sure your big tech companies can cobble something together by the time you need your second annual booster shot. It' snot like they lack the technology to create data bases.

*Sorry- I forgot. As a conspiracy theorist, I should probably link to the official Alberta government website that states "Alberta Netcare, known as the provincial Electronic Health Record (EHR), is a secure and confidential electronic system.  It is accessible to health professionals and contains Albertans’ personal health information." I know one of the women who helped roll it out a year and a half ago. It is very "inclusive. It gives me the warm fuzzies to know that my government is collecting every piece of information they can on me to "help serve me better." And I cannot opt out. I beat it by staying healthy enough to not require the medical system.

NANI!? This is the first i heard of that, now i want the vaccine even less.

The western journal and a few others had that story. Snopes says that the definition did not change. I'm not motivated enough to search the wayback machine in this instance. But I was motivated enough to check the dictionary that does give the definition as ": a person who opposes vaccination or laws that mandate vaccination."

Was it always like that? I'm not inclined to bother searching. But I do know that by their definition, I am now (or always was) an anti-vaxxer.
